A full mentoring session typically lasts about 1h.

We recommend you block an additional 30min buffer time for your sessions as they can get longer depending on your circumstances and what is being discussed.

Sessions are usually delieverd online. However, if your Mentor is located within a reasonable distance from you, they may agree to meet you in person. This will be discussed and agreed between you and your Mentor.

We may be able to accept instalment payments for Multi-Session Mentoring Packages only. Your Mentor will help you create a tailored package and a payment plan that works for you.

Prepaid single-sessions must be booked within 3 months from your purchase. However, if you need more time, we may be able to extend it for you. Please contact us via support@bifound.com

If you purchased a multi-session package you will also have a deadline to book those sessions based n your agreement with your Mentor.

All our Mentors are business owners themselves so they dedicate specific time frames every week for mentoring. You can book your sessions as and when you need them within those time frames. If you need ad-hoc sessions or different times, please contact your Mentor, they will be more than happy to work out a schedule that works for both of you.

No, your Mentor will not do the work for you but they will guide and direct you through the journey. They may also help proof read your applications, pitches, proposals, speeches etc.

Once you have purchased a Service, your Mentor is bound to confidentiality by the very seller - buyer agreement. Typically Mentors will not sign any additional binding documents but there may be exceptions based on your circumstances. You can always discuss this with your Mentor.

Most of our services are payable at the time you book them.

Yes, you can cancel your bookings up to 48h prior to the booking time and get a full refund. If you choose to cancel later than 48h we will still refund you 50% of your purchase.

If you purchased a package of multiple sessions and you have changed your mind for any reason, you may cancel the services by contacting us via support@bifound.com with your request.

Please note the refund will only cover the unused sessions minus the $50 Admin fees. The 48h cancellation policy applies for unused sessions.

Yes, if you need to reschedule a session please give at least 24h notice. You can do so by contacting us via support@bifound.com

All Bifound Members have a free 20min session included. Our membership is $4.99/m and runs on a month-to-month basis.

Out of respect for our Mentors, we included the free session as part of our membership since we realised that non-members would have the tendency to book and not show up for the free sessions, therefore blocking valuable time on the Mentor's calendar.

The free sessions are designed to help you get a tester of the service and make up your mind if you’re on the fence.

We don’t believe in ties and small prints and neither do our Mentors, if you had a free session and decide the service is not right for you, we won’t hold it against you :-)

Yes, you can purchase a full one-time session as many times as you need.

During your free session you will have the chance to meet your Mentor. They may ask you a few questions about your business/ personal development plans and you may address one or 2 challenges you are facing right now.

The free session usually last between 20-30min so it's not a huge amount of time to draft a strategy or plan of action but it will give you a tester of the service and some practical advice to take home.

If you drew value from your free session, you can book a full session or an on-going mentorship package and your Mentor will inform you of their fees and availability.
