By placing any orders, clicking “Accept,” or utilising any services through this website, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by this Agreement. Should you not consent to the terms and conditions stipulated herein, we kindly request that you cease using the Website and discontinue utilising our services forthwith.

 

In these Terms and Conditions, “we/us/our” refers to Bifound.com, and “you/your” refers to you as a user of our content and services.

 

Services

 

Bifound.com offers a diverse range of 1:1 coaching, training materials, and resources tailored specifically for entrepreneurs. These services will be delivered digitally in the form of video, audio content, conference presentations, and PDF study materials, as indicated on the Order form. To access the services, you will be required to utilise a username and password, which you are responsible for maintaining in a secure manner and refraining from sharing with others.

 

Permitting unauthorised access to your account will result in your immediate removal from the program without the option of receiving a refund.

 

Bifound.com is a platform that provides a series of 1:1 training sessions, digital training videos, and related materials specifically designed for entrepreneurs. Some of this content may be available at no cost, while other content may be available for purchase.

 

We reserve the right to modify the pricing and availability of the content displayed on our website at any time, provided that you have not yet purchased the service.

 

Expert Review Service

 

 

 

As part of our comprehensive service offerings, we provide personalised business and career coaching. Upon purchasing this service, you will be matched with a qualified Coach or Mentor who will schedule a session via Zoom. While some mentors may be available for in-person meetings, availability is subject to their schedule. Coaching sessions typically last approximately 1-2 hours.

 

Your Coach will serve as a mentor, providing guidance and intellectual support. However, it is important to note that they are not responsible for conducting research in your specific industry, drafting business plans, or providing legal advice.

 

Payment for our services is processed in full and in accordance with the price displayed at the time of purchase. You are required to pay the agreed-upon amount and refrain from canceling the transaction with your bank or credit card company. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available before submitting the transaction, as we are not liable for overdraft charges, NSF fees charged by your bank, over-limit charges, or any similar fees.

 

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed instructions on how to redeem your services. In most cases, you will be able to pre-book the sessions directly in your Mentor’s calendar.

 

Should you decide to cancel your services, we offer a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

 

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

 

REFUNDS FOR COACHING SESSIONS

 

- If you have purchased a coaching package containing multiple sessions and wish to cancel for any reason, you may do so at any time. We will refund you the unused sessions minus an administrative fee of $50.

Refund Policy

 

Single Coaching Session Cancellation:

 

If you have purchased a single coaching session and wish to cancel for any reason, you may do so up to 48 hours prior to the session. A full refund will be issued. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the session will result in a 50% refund of the total value of your purchase.

 

Coaching Session Dissatisfaction Refund:

 

If you have purchased and already attended a coaching session and are dissatisfied with the service received, you may request a refund. Please email support@bifound.com explaining the nature of your dissatisfaction. We will gladly offer a full refund to all genuine claims.

 

Digital Course Refund:

 

If you have purchased a digital course or class and are dissatisfied with the program, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date of program release. Any request submitted after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Request Submission:

 

Upon submitting a refund request, you must provide evidence that you have completed the training videos purchased. You must also submit evidence that you have completed the workbooks provided in PDF format next to each training video. Failure to provide this evidence will invalidate your refund request.

 

Refund Request Submission:

 

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@bifound.com with the subject title “Refund.” Include all requested evidence in the email.

 

Intellectual Property:

 

All training videos and related materials presented via this program (including those available for payment-free) are the intellectual property of Bifound LTD. You are permitted to use the information for your own educational advancement. However, you must not duplicate, share, display, make copies of the materials provided or any of the like, unless you have explicit written permission from Bifound LTD to do so.

 

Any action against this clause will result in intellectual property infringement.

 

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement:

 

 

 

You are permitted to express your opinions, write about your experiences with the Program, and share content freely, provided that you refrain from distributing copies, recordings, or any duplicates of the material provided within the Program.
